The shared vision with our partners in terms of social and environmental responsibility is for us another strategic element and criteria for selection.

SELECTION CRITERIA

The Lucchini RS Group has adopted a web portal to manage relationships with suppliers.

Starting from the qualification process, taking part to tender, and checking their Vendor Rating, our suppliers have access to a unique dialogue tool.

The registration process is simple and is the first step to apply as potential partners.

TERMS OF PURCHASE

General Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall, to the exclusion of terms and conditions applied by third parties, govern all requests for quotations made by companies of Lucchini RS S.p.A. and any of its subsidiaries to a third party (“Supplier”), as well as all agreements and acts, whether of a preparatory or executional nature, which are related thereto, except to the extent that these General Terms and Conditions specify otherwise.
